COMPLETE RUN ON: 4 7 5 1 3 6 8 2 Margins: 2 x 1 ½ Time: 25:69 Sect: 8:22, 14:71 General: An inquiry was opened regarding an alleged incident between Mr. Neil Staines and Mr. Allan Tutt after the running of race five on the program which took place just outside the kenneling block. Evidence was taken from numerous witnesses. As no evidence could be taken from Allan Tutt who had to go to hospital the inquiry was adjourned to a date to be confirmed. Both Neil Staines and Alan Tutt had there licenses suspended acting under ACT rule 130 (4) (b) pending the decision of the inquiry.
