A post race veterinary examination of KAY’S WHISPER (2) revealed the greyhound to have torn the webbing on the nearside hind and connections were issued a 21 day incapacitation certificate from the 13.04.08 up to and including the 2.05.08. Jim Coleman was interviewed regarding the actions of CYCLONE TERROR (9) passing the catching pen when the greyhound appeared to ease. After viewing the race footage and taking observation’s CYCLONE TERROR (9) was given the benefit of the doubt with regards to failing to purse but stewards will continue to monitor the greyhound’s performances.
